I’m Vishnu, an Indian-trained MSK & Sports Physiotherapist who has spent the last several years working across intensive care, post-operative rehab, orthopaedics and sports injuries in busy hospitals and sports clinics in India, and more recently in private clinics and Elite sports settings in the UK.
As a result, I’ve seen both ends of the spectrum from critically ill patients learning to stand again, to athletes who simply refuse to miss leg day. It’s shaped how I work now: calm, evidence-based, and very focused on what actually helps you get back to the things you enjoy, whether that’s the gym, running, sport or just getting through a workday without your back shouting at you.
I created Act2Recovery to make professional, personalised sports massage and recovery care more accessible, delivering the same standard of treatment whether you visit one of our clinics or prefer the comfort of your own home. Sessions are hands-on and tailored sports massage, deep tissue work, cupping, IASTM and taping where needed but always with a clear plan, honest explanations and simple rehab you can realistically stick to.
